●Usually, the reason is radio frequency interference, once you press two remote controller (fob keys) at the same time, the receiver and it’s relay will stop and intermittently. No matter if it’s the fob keys from UYGALAXY, it interferes each other once it’s same 433Mhz RF device.

●How to fix it ?
1st. Clean the code of the receiver and fob key
Keep sticking the red button for 10 seconds, the link between the receiver and the fob key will be dismissed.
2nd. Pair the recevier and fob keys ( or see the instruction on the below image)
- Connect the receiver to the power supply.
- Stick the red button (one time quickly) on the back of the receiver box.
- Press any keys on the fob key controller.
- Test after pairing, the receiver would make a “click” sound when press the key.
- Test whether the receiver works in both two directions.
●Another reason (not working)
Situation: If the output end gets short circuit, the actuator won’t work too, and it also makes click & buzz sounds, “click” from the receiver’s relay, “buzz” from the contact point of positive and negative wires .
Solution: Remove the power supply, disassemble the connection of the output wiring, check whether there is short-circuit [(-)(+) stick together], wire again, make them insulated.
* Clean the code between remote controller and receiver, and pair again.

Please wire up a 5amp fuse if you’re using a battery as power supply
Note:
- Please cut off the power during the wiring, your safety at first.
- Keep the system away from direct sunlight and water.
- Keep the receiver away from the magnet and metal barrier.
- Some fob keys are not colocated with UYGALAXY Remote controller, please sure your spare fob keys is directly from us.
